Asking For Self, Female 27, Lahore
I am suffering from high uric acid, I had a baby 4 month agos, since then I have backache and finger joints hurt so bad. I consulted a nutritionist and she guided me regarding diet, she said i have to take warm milk 2 hours after breakfast, I go to office daily, can I take nesvita instead of khula doodh?
Please take appointment for customised plan
milk uric acid ka Liye not good for more info regarding diet to prevent all these issue get appointment
I think you should contact to your nutritionist regarding this because she knows your detailed history.
Yes nesvita is best to use
Low fat milk will be better
Nesvita is best for use.You can take it. Further you can get suggestion from your nutritionist because she knows your history very well. Anyway Nesvita is good for use, but do consider its portion because too much milk consumption can worsen uric acid.

Kindly Consult me online on Marham at lowest fee for proper diet Plan. Don't waste your time in chat box. No Body will tell you at proper way in chat box.
i dont suggest nesvita or any other processed milk, as they have a high amount of preservatives which are not good for health and have very hard side effects plus you are a new mother so go for fresh milk and fresh yoghurt.
if you still have any query, consult me online.
Thankyou
Yes you can take. Go with low fat option
