Mujhy vitam d3 ki deficieny hai 3 month ho gy abhi pori nai howi 6 injection pi liye hein.2 rehty hein 2 month k liye magr abhi bhi mein aik jaga khara nai ho sakta chakar atay bp bhi high hota hai.is k ilawa walk mein kr sakta hon ya nai keun k maira d3 12.1 hai bhot kam.air condition se koi problem to nai ho ga keun k gari mein hr waqt ac on hota hai mein ne suna hai ki deficiency mein ac se bachana chaye kia ye theak hai.plz reply

Sir, only 6 injections cann't recover this level of deficiency. Give this some time and better care.
Recommendations:
1. Continue taking injections as prescribed by specialist.
2. Try to take sunbath (between 9:am-3:pm) without any sunscreen or glass screen.
3. You can use air conditioner.
4. Improve your diet as well to cover this deficiency.
4. Do some light exercise.
5. About your BP, I would need your entire history to get to the problem.
6. Book an appointment with a dietitian.

most of the people are facing this problem. it will take time to raise your vitamin d levels. with medicine and less of food. add raw desi ghee in your meals 1 tsp daily.
Also sit atleast 40 mins in direct exposure to sunlight. it may also help to raise your levels. for more book an online appointment with me from marham.
