I'm 24 y old having weight 51kg with height 5,6".I have this weight from last 4,5 years and it hanging btw 50 to 53kg. physical activity I have started few days ago with 3000 steps per days before that my physical activities was zero. Medical issues I have migraine from last 4 Year s.no other medical issues. no surgical hx. allergy : perfume, dust and sometimes cold. sleep 8 to 10 hrs per day. No stress issues. I'm feeling skinny than my other colleagues. plz how can I increase my weight to at least 60 kg.

Eat high carbs and protein diet with also add moderate fat. Aim to strength training like lifting heavy wt 3-4 times with alternate days and limit cardio session like twice a week... You can search on Google about strength and cardio exercises. Eat variety of foods in your diet. Eat some thing with small gaps.
