meri shadi ko 3 saal hogye..now I'm breastfeeding mom of 1 year old son.. mujhe be had weakness hoti hai. weight almost 50Kg hai..kuch b karti hun ghar ka kam to mere hath dard karny lagty hain.. qamar to delivery k bad thek hi nbi hui.. har waqt dard rehta hai.. khati b thek hun. fruits, vegetable or healthy diet hai lkn zara b farq nhi partha.. yahan tk k mai spoon se kuch mix krny lagun to mere arms mai dard honay lagta hai . baby ko sambhalna partha hai ghar k kam k sath.. or HB meri hamesha kam hoti hai meds se thek hojata h again kam hojati hai..plz muje kuch suggest krdy mai kya karun doctors ko dekha dekha k thak gyi lkn bs meds khatam..dard or weakness dobara wahi haal.. mujhe kuxh bata dain mai kya loon aisa ya kya karun..mera baby b weak hai lkn mai usy b nhi utha sakti goud mai ...qamar dard se bhttt tang hun..

sunlight mai bht kam nikalti hun.. chicken kha leti hun once in a week aksar 3 days in a week . meat nhi Pasand mujhe .
