Asalamwalikum mari age 27 year hai 3 year ki beti hai periods bilkul normal hain beti ki birth ka bad bhi mara weight 62 kg tha but umrah par jatay time periods ki medicine li thi jis ka bad sa weight gain hona shuro howa abhi is time 73kg hai weight ho jab ka periods to sahe hai or khana bhi zayda nahi khati hon active rahti hon just one meal per day lati hon chai bilkul nahi peti hon metha bhi nahi khati hon fasting bhi one month ki hai magar control nahi ho raha kya ma ozempic la sakhti hon for weight losse
