Eating specific foods cannot make you gain weight however eating proper high-caloric meals 3 times a day through proper diet plan is helpful. I can give you a simple tip that you can have 2 chapatis in breakfast in such a way that after cooking chapati just apply 1-2 tsp of desi ghee on it and have it with 1-2 eggs.
