Kindly tell your weight and height? First I’ll check your ideal body weight and than guide you accordingly. If your diet is good, I want to know your routine. I’ll change your routine according to your lifestyle and than you will be able to gain weight.

my age is 24 height is 5foot above weight is 40kg my routine is when I awake up I drink one glass water then after some time take breakfast paratha with salan or sometime egg and then at 1pm I take ensure with olper powder milk and then in afternoon I take lunch biryani or sometime roti salan and homemaid french fries and in evening I take 3bananas with little warm milk olper mil 250ml and in dinner I take 1 and half roti with regular salan some times eat burger roll paratha sharma in a month that's it but my weight didn't increase and now a days I don't feel appetit and don't sleep well I think over all the time i feel tired all the time because of underweight
