Respected Doctor, Assalam-o-Alaikum. I am seeking a second opinion for my 8-week-old baby girl due to ongoing respiratory symptoms.

? ? DOB: 9 Dec 2025 (≈8 weeks) ⚖️ Weight: 4 kg (1 Feb 2026)

? Current Main Issues:

• Nasal congestion with excessive mucus (raisha) — 3rd day • Noisy breathing, especially when lying down • Difficulty sleeping due to nasal blockage • Positional breathing discomfort • Spit-ups with mucus • Occasional vomiting • Restlessness

? Respiratory:

• Khar-khar / noisy nasal breathing • Chest congestion sounds • Sneezing • Worse when lying flat, improves when upright • ❌ No fever at any time • ❌ No bluish lips • ❌ No chest retractions observed

? Feeding:

• Breastfeeding + formula • Feeding ongoing like before • Burping difficulty • Reflux-type spit-ups

? Urine & Stool:

• Urine output normal • Stool pattern normal for age
