my 1 month old breastfeeding baby coughing little but i am worried as other children at home have sore throat and fever. is there any cause for concern and need treatment or it go away on its own. mother take any medicine for baby cough?

and you can use panadol drops if febrile
if its viral and if not taking feed and is febrile get a check up
Don't worry it appears to be Viral..If baby is taking feed just Give
1-Steam Inhalatio with little bit of vices twice a day.
2-syp Avil o2 drops morning evening for 03 days.
Syp Cal pol 01cc 8 hrly if fever.
keep him away from other children and those who are sick , keep the nose open by using simple salinase nasal drops,3 ,4 times per day as needed.in case of any other complaints then consult doctor .
