Better consult a nearby child specialist without waisting time. Is baby on mother feed? If yes then mother needs to avoid spicy food. Get doctor's advice whether to use Flagyl or Enterogermina drops? Never self medicate.

apply nilstat drops 1/2 dropper 3 times a day for 5 days. but better take appointment with a pediatrician for complete examination.
mother feed and use Daktrain oral gel apply localy for mouth ulcer bid
use nilstat drops if doesnt improve then show to some near by pediatrician for assessment
