Hi, This is about my 3 months old baby boy, he has just started teething! kindly guide if he needs to get solids now like cerelac or anything else. As his tummy has not been fulfilling for the past few days and he's been grumbling all the time.

assalamu alikum. weaning shouldn't be started atleast 5 months of age . After that u can start semi solids in small quantity and gradually increase it. if u are giving him exclusive breast feeding then also give him formula feed after breast feeding session . and if u are giving him formula feed then increase the quantity. atleast upto 5 months of age only give milk preferably mother feed.
