Use salinase nasal drops to improve nasal stuffiness and steam inhalation twice daily .If baby gets better use for 3days otherwise go n see your doctor

Proper checkup karwain
No meds except salinase n/d n steam .A 3 month old baby cannot be prescribed meds except after a detailed exam so you have to have the baby evaluated by a doctor
