Talk to Pediatrician on About 15 Day Baby Girl

What should I do? My brother's 15-day-old baby girl was breast and baby did not belch , she vomite little , i think vomite went in her trechea for 10 minutes her condition worsened, it seemed that he was having touble in breathing . Remember that her nose was also blocked cause of the slightest cold... what is the problem and what shold be done in this kind of situation ?
This baby needs proper check up.

it can be a case of constipation of different causes,
constipation is common in neonates but it can be onstuction like megacolon, so untill someone dont see baby and examine, can't be further commented
