Assalam O Alikum ... My son is 20 days old... Sir kindly check, is shape OK? (pic attached) We feel that the left side is more inclined. And the skin on the right is in high quantity. Plastibell ring dropped on 4th day of Circumcision.... Kindly give your valueable advise...

WAS don't worry its normal Tightness of skin and swelling will settle in 2 to 03 days.
Apply Polyfax skin ointment 03×/day for 03 t0 05 days. And make him sit in plastic tub holding him once a day for 05 to 10 mins for 03 days.
