walekumsalam.. thanks for raising this question .. some babies have allergy issues.. family history of allergy most of the time is positive.. here answer is already in your question.. if you identify triggers already as you mentioned .. advice to avoid all that trigger which exacerbates baby symptoms..
Also need an evaluation and complete examination to address in detail.. if it's not helping .
