my 8months old baby girl is having this condition from past two days, first i thought its because of sudden hot temperature in karachi but seems like its something else. Can anybody help me regarding this?

Looking at the baby’s rash back and neck could be due to heat rash (miliaria) from Karachi’s hot weather, but viral exanthem (rash from a viral infection) is also a possibility. Keep her cool, dress in light cotton clothes, and avoid excessive sweating. Give lukewarm baths, and you can apply calamine lotion for relief. If she has fever, irritability, or the rash spreads and worsens, consult a doctor to rule out viral or allergic causes. If there’s no improvement in 3-4 days, a pediatric checkup is recommended.
