Talk to Pediatrician on Allergy

my son has an eye allergy first i went to dr and she told me that he is fine just his eyes got puffy.then after 1 week same thing happens again i didn't notice because of the dr recommendation which she gave me before.then today he has skin allergy.is there any serious problem?can u please guide me
