need to exclude cause in babies because vomiting medicine are not advicable at this age until, might be it's due to overfeed or due to gut infection it's will exclude on consultation meanwhile burp your baby propey,feed your baby with 1-2 hour gap

She has no fever., she is absolutely fine.. I guess she was not given burp properly 3am. So thats y when I gave her feed at 8 am she vomits

Can u plz tell me that Should I gave her cow milk? Diluted. Like by boil it in water. One week ago I gave her 2 feedors in a day. She burped properly. She was absolutely fine. But her poop was so smelly. Texture was like mashed potatoes but smell was so foul. Should I continue giving her that milk or nutrafill is fine ?

fever didn't exclude infection in intially period..if still have vomiting then take Consultation with child specialist if tolarate feed then burp it properly

not introduce cow milk UpTo 2year it will cause gut infection or iron deficiency so don give that ..give exclusive mother feed UpTo 1 year if you have issue that your feed is not coming then take Consultation with any pediatrician or lactating consultant..don't take risk because this is a time period if you give good thing to baby they will grow healthy or have immunity to fight with infection there is a lot of benefits of mother feed

One more thing, Why babies poop smells foul? Even when they r fine, does it mean that milk is not good ?
