Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Fluconazole

My baby is 5 months so he is not taking solids yet only milk. My baby is taking fluconazole for thrush, the only problem is he doesn't like the taste and its a fight to get him to take and keep it down so I'm just wondering if I could mix it with his bottle to make it easier for him to take
