it's normal phenomenon this the age when teething phenomenona started we can't explain you on this forum properly you need a doctor how to manage your baby at this age because these changes will occur UpTo 1year there is no particular treatment but you can relieve your baby symptoms by giving him a teether or another way to calm your baby is tht place teether in refrigerator or give it to your baby if your baby is in painful condition then just pandol tis safe

dont give unnecessary medication to the baby and continue with breast feeing
ye koi khatray waali bat nahi. normal teething process ha.
agar baby sirf mother milk lay raha ha aur pahlay vitamin D nahi dia tou aap Vitamin D de sakti hein.
