My 9 month old niece not standing their nect yet and not holding any thing in hand also not sitting and crawling yet. But she responding on our talking and smiling. Her tyriod is fine any other tests was fine kindly suggest

Wait few months baby will gradually achieve milestones......
usually some babies stand at one year and start walking at 15 to 18 months .....
