If it’s loose or watery motion then better to get checkup. For the time being you can give Syruo ZINCAT OD 5 ml daily for five days.
use just ORS
It is not due to teething.
Give him soft food, if loose motion then give ORS.
Syp. Zincat OD half tsf daily.

Din may 3 time stool pass kerna b normal hae, agar bilkul pani ki tarha nai, us may blood ya mucus nai, us k sath ultian nai, baby may pani ki kami k elamaat jese munh aur zuban khushk rehna ya both kamzor dikhai dena aur feed na le sakna etc to preshani wali koi baat nai
ORS (low osmolar) 2 glass pani may 1 packet mila k her motion k baad 4-5 chamach pilaen
Agar ziada masla ho to kisi doctor ko checkup kerwaen
