Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Nose Congestion

My 2 month old bany’s nose feel congested when she wakes up, but when I put salanise drops in nose she dlooks better even completely fine throughout the day. She also sneezes in day 3 or 4 time a day. There is ko flu coming out of nose but nose feels congested. And this issue is there since she was born

As baby is put supine and dun sit in this age ,there nose remains blocked at times. this does not seem to be a problem. when baby will start sitting. issue will get resolved
keep her head end raised and use saline drops as needed to clear the nose so she may not feel difficulty breathing or taking feed
it will resolve with time. try to save her from cold air in early morning
