Baby Passing Loose Stool

Question

my baby girl is 4 months she is passing loose stool frequently after every feed at least 5-6 times she passed soft loose stool like a phata huwa motion as in the his week I added suji water in her diet . kindly tell what should I give as I have given her flagyl and bismol syrup. and a pedicare water as well . Kindly tell me what should I do and she is taken Bf1 milk . please suggest me some good or should I change her milk

please do start weaning at 6 months,till then give only milk. and if she is not having fever or dehydration, do not give antibiotics. give only ORS cup after every loose stool.
