Need proper Examination For Excessive Cry.. for this age Melatonin should not be given. . until needed
First we need to rule out the underlying cause of excessive cry, mostly in this age group the cause is infantile colic ( excessive gas),it is not recommended to give sleep inducers. The baby needs to be examined.
Donot give these medicine in this age .
