Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Stool

My baby girl is 5 months old. Weighing 8.5 is having formula milk lactogen. From last 2 days she is passing stool which is jelly like mucous. Everytime she is fed she immediately pass stool with an explosion and having jelly like mucous of lightish green colour. No fever no pain.
