My baby Ma sha Allah 3 months old but she was vomit like watery since last two months after every top feed she is Totally on top feed

vomiting for last two months, what about baby now, is normally going on?
After every feed, make sure to have the baby burp. Keep the baby on your shoulder for 15-20 mins. Hopefully this will settle. What is her weight? Is she always hungry after vomiting?
2cc thrice daily before feed for 5 days ,start Milk formula NAN -AR and Burping. plz do weight of the baby so ll be in a position to rule out the other causes. further History is important .

1. Baby is over fed. so give small and frequent feed.
2. burping must be done
make sure how you are making feed and how much top feed you r giving according to weight or not just go for a Ultrasound abdomen if you are doing well and if there is no pathology in that then start
syp Motillium 1/4 tsf half hour before feed three times in a day
syp Gaviscon 1/4 tsf half hour before feed three times in a day till 15 days then tell me again
