Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Vomit After Headfall

My 10 month fell again on the back of his head, but vomited after the fall.
I heard it's pretty dangerous. What should we do
how many times has he vomited?

Need more history about how he fell, what was the height of fall and if the baby lost consciousness or not or if there is a collection of blood around the injury site. Assuming that the child is acting normally, did not lose any consciousness, and that there is no collection of blood at the site of injury, and the fall is not from a significant height or it’s from the sitting position height, there is no risk and the child does not need any CT scan or any other imaging. But if any of the other factors that I mentioned above are present, the child needs immediate medical attention, and had CT scan to rule out bleeding inside the head. Please monitor the child and see if the child is sleepy or drowsy more than usual and if the child is behaving at his baseline or not. If any of this is present then get him evaluated at the emergency department urgently. Dr. Raza (MD, USA)
