It depends upon a lot of factors.... duration of pregnancy, premature birth, iugr baby, gender of the baby, number of stools per day, number of wet diapers per day, feed intake and many more.
In the initial few days like around 15-20 days the weight drops by 5-10%. And then it starts to increase. Usually the birth weight is doubled by 6months of age.
You will have to be very patient during this process.

Walekumassalam, aap usko konsa feed de rhi hain. Agar mother feed pe ha tu theek ha, agar top feed pe ha tu preterm formula den jese meji pre. Aur check karen k sahi bana rhi hain milk, ek ounce ma ek scoop.
Nxt ye k baby ko Dmax drops den ek drop rozana, vidaylin drops ka half droper rozana. Wt 1 month se barhna shuru hojaye ga, agar koi illness na hui tu 6 month tak normal bachon jesa wt ho sakta ha.
