my baby is week old. her head shape is not good i want to know is it normal i m attaching pics. plz comment i have highlighted the area of concern. this bump is soft. i had normal delivery. Vacuum was used to deliver the baby.

Dear mother, u don’t need to worry about this bulge, it is most likely a cephalhematoma concidering the history of vaccum delivery and its presence till this age, it is basically clotted blood which takes many weeks to resolve, initially it is
soft but later it may feel harder due to calcification and them gradually it wipl disapear. The risk of jaundice is higher in first few days but the baby is now older. Just wait and watch. No treatment needed.
