salam.. mera baby 6 months ka he.. pehle din me one time potty karta tha normally.. 3 days se badhazmi wali potty karrha he kbhi mitti colour ki kabhi yellow. . aur har feeder peene k baad lazmi karta he.. pehle just aek bar karta tha ab after every feeder krrha he aur smelly bhi bht hoti he.. saf pata chalta bachay ka pait kharab he badhazmi wali potty krrha he .. kindly koi paediatrician koi behtar syrup ka drops tajweez karein mere 6 months baby k liye. mother feed pr nhi he

asalam u alaikum apne mere baby k maslay k liye kuch days pehle coligripe syrup suggest kia tha wo mil nhi rha kahin bhi syrup.. ap coligripe syrup ka koi alternate btadein jo easily mil jaye aur mere bachay ka badhazmi ka masla bhi hall hojaye. kindly reply
