Result is consistent with Beta Thallesemia Trait. It is a minor condition which would not show any symptoms/problems and do not require any treatment. It is not dangerous. Do not give Iron supplements.
beta -thalassemia minor carrier state, don't be worry it's not transfusion dependent neither need an iron supplement.
