To answer your question a detailed history is required. For how long is fever there? Are there any associated symptoms such as cough, loose stools? We have to find out a focus by doing certain tests like blood & urine culture, chest x ray as well. His CBC report suggest that he is probably having a bacterial infection and may need antibiotic. Please consult a local pediatrician.
