Um breastfeeding my 3 weeks old kid.. i heard mu deit mu effect my baby.like if i east chickpeas,, or channy ki daal or tandori roti or naan.. it can cause colic problem to my baby.. is it really so ?? Should i really b careful regarding my eating habits ???

I don’t think your eating would affect baby that much , so have a good diet as long u are breastfeeding and continue talking you vitamins,
