Weight: 10 kg, height: 29 inches. The doctor had previously recommended Brufen syrup and Neupred — half a teaspoon each. I gave those before. Today I gave Coldrex, 4 hours ago. Can I give Neupred now?

don't give both neupred and coldrex. you can give syp arinac 2.5 ml 3 times a day for 5days, use salinase nasal drops 2 drops 5-6 times a day in each nostril and steam inhalation.
