hi dr. my 11mnths old daughter jst fell frm the bed on tiles she cried lil bit she is fine now smiling and playing alhamdulilah bt i can see a little bump on her forehead attaching pictures please tell me is it ok or shud i visit a doc? ill not let her sleep fr 1hr atleast

it sounds a minor head injury.
If she vomits , unsettled or sleepy then visit the hospital.
otherwise she can stay at home

no need to keep her awake by force.
infants may vomit also, one ot two episodes are fine.
consult a doc if:
she s feeling too sleepy, or vomiting alot, or inconsolable crying.
she will likley have no such issues, so just keep an eye for next 1-2 days,

Thanks fr the reply... no vomit the bump is still red n she is also hving fever ffrom last night she is also on teething can this fever be because of teething?

And you can allow to sleep, if persistent vomiting or headache and or fits then may need consultation
