As salam o aleikum Mera bhanja 5 saal ka hai wo bolta hai sb batein krta hai lekin properly pronounce ni kr pata , jb chota tha tb sb words clear bolta tha but ap nji Dr ko dikhaya keh shayad tatwa katy ga but surgeon ny kha keh sb theek hai esi koi problem nhi bachy k satha ur koi exervise kch nhi batay dosry dr ko dikhaya to unho ny bhi yhi kha keh sb theek hai bachy ko badam khilein ye theek bolny lgy ga Plz bht pareshan hein isky liye , Plz koi acha dr bta dein nhi to koi exercise bachy k liye bta djye koi medicine wgera
