Hemoglobin is on the lower side.
An Iron preparation may help.
Though Hb is on a lower side but by definition, this is not Anemia. ( Anemia = Hb less than 11). Adding fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, red meat in diet would help. May not necessarily need an Iron supplement.
