kid 18 month age is feeling fever since 3 days after giving panadol syrup he gets relief but after 3 hours again he has fever again

Try Brufen syrup ( every 8 hours) if needed.
if he has a viral Illness (cough, cold, runny nose or diarrhoea and vomiting) the infection may take 1-2 weeks to settle.
if there is only fever with no viral symptoms, or child appears unwell, them must see a qualified Paediatrician to detailed physical examination.
if intensity and interval between fever episode doesn't improve in a day or 2 then you should consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and focus of fever
You are supposed to give him Susp. Febrol DS, in doses of 3.5 mls every 4 to 6 hourly basis.
But in my view, you must approach some good Paediatrician for your baby's proper clinical check up and then start with the relevant treatment.
