Assalamu alaikum. My son dob 06.march.2014 has remained perfectly healthy for more than 4 months but today with sudden change of weather and drop of temperature he had fever around 102.he had no issue. Took bath went to market and around 1130 am had fever. has slight dry cough. He has adenoids and tonsills for more than 3 years but currently no severe respiratory issue. Just gave panadol one teaspoon 90 minutes ago at around 5 pm.kindly advise

Syrp Panadol 5ml 6 hourly if fever and give him 24 Hours if fever is not settling then consult your nearest doctor
Give him Syp. Tempramine 1 teaspoon 3 times a day for 3 days. Syp. Klaricid 125mg 1 teaspoon 2 times a day for 5 days. If not improving consult your nearest doctor
