My baby girl who is 1month old is suffering from baby acne from last 20 days. That's not settling even after so many days. What should I do. Red marks are also there

neonatal acne mostly self resolve it takes tme dont use any powder,lotion ,and observe any kind of cloth increse acne .

There are no other symptoms. Sometimes there are small white postule. But her still is giving rough. As I am only washing with mothercare soap, and not applying any lotion. Now skin is very rough to touch.

you can use dove/Johnson because baby skin is sensitive don't use any other products if still issue persist then take proper consultation
