Mera beyta 12 yrs ka hai almost 10 days sey ussey fever hai start mein tou flu k saath fever tha kuch kha bhi nahi raha tha ab kabhi feel hota fever kabhi nahi leykin abhi bhi sahi sey kha nahi raha exams ki waja sey daily school bhi ja raha hai leykin weakness bohat bohat hai har waqt neend aati hai moka milta so jata hai sahi sey study bhi nahi kar pa raha weight bhi kum ho gaya hai na khaney ki waja bataein mein kia karoon kia koi test karwaney hongey ?

Please Give his calpol 6 plus 2 tea soon for fever every 8 hours and visit dr so that he can be properly investigated and treated
what was the focus of infection in fever ? was it typhoid ? if the fever hasnt settled then the child needs complete fever workup but for now a CBC should be done , fever for so long with loss of appetite can be worrying.
