My son had fever and cough i went to doctor he examined said he had sore throat and give antibiotic and acfyl cough syrup but Now 4 days passed his cough is still not gone and he vomits sometimes bcz of cough need dr guidance plz

cough takes tym to relief abut 1 to 2 weeks
but ur child condition is worsing after 3 day of dr again for his proper checkup to rule out any infection
Dont always start antibiotics on the first day and always wait 48 hours for antibiotics.....
For cough give warm green tea and honey water....
continue same medications advised by someone and wait for about 3 to 4 days for cough tossing settle.....
Sometimes it take about 3 to 7 days for cough to settle....
So dont worry
Child needs to be examined to rule out any wheezing or chest infection.
