Height mostly depends on average of both parents' height, but also on other socio-economic factors as well. If she takes a good diet, takes exercises, doesn't take tension regarding any issue including studies etc then her height and weight are appropriate, although more than average for a common 12 years female.
Mattar of concern is if she has complaints of pain in legs, arms or in chest, hypermobility of joints and any cardiac problems
