24 days old is neonate.is child bottle feed or on breastfeed.number of loose stools and amount of fluid loss per stool is very important.Need to be assess by pediatrician to check for dehydration.f breastfeed continue it watch for dehydration as babies can develop fever due to dehydration

24 din ka baby circumcision ke baad agar loose motion aur bukhar me hai to ye normal nahin hai. Bachay ko breastfeeding jari rakhen, dehydration ke signs (kam urine, sukhay hont) observe karen aur fori taur par pediatrician sy consultant kryn. Delay na karen.
