my son 11 months old has mucus on chest and voices coming out from chest with khar khar sound . Kindly tell me what to do although I have given zetsofin syrup

use Salinase nasal drops 2 drops in both nostrils and clear secretions with bulb sucker. if nebulise present at home nebulise with 2cc normal saline 4 to 6 hourly or give steam inhalation. keep head end raised and do chest physiotherapy
it seems viral infection of lungs.
nebulizer use karain with ventilin
salinose nasal drops use karain.
make sure no breathing difficulty or color change that is sign of less oxygen.
and no fever

why your given only zetofin its an antiallergic syrup don't give self medication it is harmful for babies if still issue persist then take Consultation with child specialist
