Common Cold N Cough

my 6months old(both top feed and motherfeed)has cough and runny nose frm 2  is perfectly healthy frm   someone recommend otc medicine like some syrup for  he is playful MashaAllah..

use nasal drops 4 times a day before feeds and syp Avil 2ml 3 times aday  Feed in sitting posture

I would like to treat a 6 months old baby with natural remedies like green tea qehwa and nebulize with 2ml normal saline 2 to 3 times a day.
at this age no medications are recommended except for supportive treatment.
syrup Coferb 1.5ml thrice a day for one week can be added in case of cough.....
for common cold you have to wait and let the course of illness be completed..
will be fine dont worry more fluids to drink

Normal saline drops frrquently in baby's nose. It will keep nose open and clean and there will be no feeding problems. Rest fly usually Settles down in a week. Don't worry
