I Had a microcephaly and congenital issues daughter in July she passed away 10 days back. Need to know precautions ,medication and test for future. If plan a baby again.??
such defects might be related to folic acid tablet folic acid 1 tablet daily .consult for further advise .
Please share details of defects,any family history? you need to see a geneticist

So I want to tell u my daughter had holoprocencephaly with cleft lip n nose and microcephaly too. We don't have any family history. My husband not my cousin and I took proper folic acid and I still don't know the reason and still waiting for new conception .. I have irregular cycles and unable to conceive now. If read so guide me.
