Bohat active hai par aj kal zara si exertion ki wajah sa usko Coughing start ho na usko antibiotic b di anti allergy b sath cough syrup bhi par kuch fark nahi pardh raha khas. Dof sa poch ker nebulize b kiya. Kuch fark uski chest sa sans leny oa awaz is also allergic.

He probably has Asthma. Start Muteka sachet 1 at night for 1 month, syrup britanyl 4 ml three times a day for 2 weeks, syrup Rigix 5 ml once at night for 1 week, and start nebulizations with ventolin. 0.5 ml ventolin in 2 ml normal saline 3 times a day for 5 days. Also consult a paediatrician for detailed evaluation of Asthma.
