my son age 6 years have severe constipation issue.because of it he dunt eat well.i use to do different remedies off & on but still is of no use.please someone please guide and advice
When was the last time he passed stool? He doesn’t eat well, that is why his constipation is severe. I suggest to start syrup lilac 2 tsf with half a glass of water , once in the morning and evening for 7 days. Kindly improve his diet as well. Make him eat fruits like apples with skin on, watermelon, peach, one piece of injeer daily. Drink lots of fluids.be it milkshakes or juices or water. Hopefully it will help.

thank u dr.he passes very hard stool after 4 or some time after 5 to 6 days.actually he take shakes i.e mango banana and dates with almonds on almost daily basis but dunt eat fruits itself.just take 4 to 5 bites of chapati at a time.well I will definitely start him lilac again as per ur method.lilac with water twice daily

Chapati is very important. Try to give him whole wheat Aatay ki.
